The tennis elbow seems to have gone so I'm back on the weights.
Did tons of leg and arse stuff on Wednesday - my legs were like absolute jelly afterwards.
About effing time, I was getting frustrated about having to rest for so long. This monkey gonna get bulked!

I got out of bed, downloaded an A level maths paper, read it, thought Jesus Christ, this is hard so I put it to one side until I grow a bit cleverer.
But it is a start

Today I did 101 squats with a barbell (with no extra weights). (25 reps, then 3 x 20, then 16.) Itβs one of those bars with vertical handlebars because I canβt rest a normal one on the back of my neck - not flexible enough.
