i am pretty patient with everyone, looks are secondary to me BUT it does help if they have a decent, sincere smile.

Patience for how they look? We don't need to look any type of way for anyone. If someone doesn't like how I look and thinks I look ugly they can keep it to themselves.
If you mean patience in general I do think pretty privilege is a thing. I 100% believe a cute person will be shown more patience than someone who is less cute. I try to be kind to everyone though.
