I'm just not gonna engage with you when you outright lie or dance around the truth. You were wrong and don't have the balls to admit it. Oh, you mean you can't back up you claim that Luke is a Mary Sue? I'm not dancing or lying. Listen to the dialogue. Then compare that to what Obi Wan says about The Force on the Falcon. "Let the Force flow through you" and "let go your conscious self and act on instinct" Then at the Death Star he again tells Luke to "let go" Obi Wan also admits that the Force can control ones actions. Vaders line of "The Force is strong with this one" also indicates the same thing, its The Force that is strong in this place, not Luke. That here Luke is a vessel for the Will of The Force, since he himself doesn't have the ability to control or manipulate it. That is how I've always interpreted that scene. Luke then trains to control the Force and bend it to his will, not the other way around. Now you can argue I'm wrong, but don't call me a liar for my perspective.
This is completely and totally incorrect:
You are a liar.

OK. Whatever, call me a liar because you can't back up your argument. Pussy.

…which means that there will be an announcement in March 2024 and May 2024 of production delays and rescheduling at a later date.* *Sorry to be the “negative Nancy” here. But this has been their script for the past 4 years. I guess we’ll see.

Rey doesn't win every fight she's in.She lost both fights to Ren in TROS. [/div][/quote] It's sort of like the claims that all the First Order members (i.e. the bad guys) in the sequels were white men. I can't count how many times Fandom Menacers have made that claim, which is easily disproven by watching the movies and, ya know... looking at the screen.

They were in the originals, ha! Guess what? Nobody cared back then.
But yeah, totally not the case in the sequels.Lucas Only fans are irrational. The bizarre part is a lot of them like Filoni's crap, which is DiSnEy StaR WArS! That's approved. But the movies? Nope.

Fair enough, I think she is an utterly bland, Mary Sue with no defined character, character flaws, motivation or goals. Luke is a little bit of a Mary Sue too, let's be real. A lot of characters are in these kinds of movies. They're simplistic on purpose. He struggles more than her, I agree, but he ascends pretty quickly too.
As someone who liked her, I remember thinking in the first half of TROS when she Force lightening'd that ship, "Ok, enough is enough. She's too perfect." But they righted that ship in the same movie imo. She lost to Ben twice and struggled with her identity throughout that movie, especially when she finds out she's a Palpatine. So-much-so, she gave up.
I didn’t like how Rey could hold her own in a light sabre duel against Kylo in TFA. Not that it matters. The Last Jedi killed any interest that I had in the franchise.

He took a blaster to the ribs and a lightsaber to the shoulder by the time she fought him. She was also on the run most of that fight (I just rewatched it). She only got the upper hand when she calmed herself and used the Force. You know, like Luke did at the end of his first movie...

During a conversation at SXSW promoting her new film Magpie, Ridley was asked by Collider's Steve Weintraub whether it was true that her new film was going to be called New Jedi Order, to which Ridley replied, "I don't know! I mean, I think so. From the announcement, I don't think that's changed." And while we do know she knows what to expect in terms of the plot, she added that she has yet to actually read the script, saying "I know a script is happening, and I'm going to be reading it imminently, which is very exciting."
