Running backwards and jumping for a high ball and.... bollocks! Landed on a knee and an elbow - massive swelling on the elbow, Elephant Man-like, and quite big and grazed on the knee. Actually, the knee hurts while the elbow doesn't.

My butt is fine. Pert, firm, strong. I can do the whole stack of weights on the leg press at the gym - 20 reps, no problem. It's fucking strong from all of the cycling I used to do. Damn, must get back into that. Anyway, how is your butt?
