Lets appreciate Greek culture. I appreciate this grilled chicken gyro with onion, bell pepper and feta, and a bowl of sauteed mushrooms and onions, and a glass of retsina.

I don't see anything Greek there. That's a Southern Greek-American restaurant. You can always tell because they sell baklava. Best fried chicken in town.

But we do own all the charbroiled hamburger chains in the U.S.

They do sell a lot of collard greens in Southern Greek restaurants. In Charlotte, I daresay there are 15 to 20 of these establishments. There used to be more but the old timers are dying off.
