What say you?
Nogbad will disagree, but Hoyle’s balls-up really played into the SNP’s hands. They love nothing better than playing the victim card.

He played into Starmer's hands, precisely as one would expect a former Labour MP to do; but equally precisely not how the Speaker should be behaving. This was all about Starmer saving face. I doubt it will help the much-vaunted Labour revival in Scotland though, so it's not all bad. In political terms, the SNP are the victims here, though none of them are being killed as we speak, so that's a relative term.

I prefer the previous speaker. This one is far too accommadating and has a tendency to get a bit starsruck. Obviously bracing himself for an incoming Labour government. All this pissing about only distracts from the plight of the people of Gaza.
