Columbia Studios head Harry Cohn wanted this musical performer to work in one of his films, but was turned down after greeting the performer with a jaunty "Hiya, Ruby!"
Who was the performer, and what was the film?

Artur Rubinstein A Song To Remember Correct! It was a mediocre movie anyway; supposedly a movie bio of Frédéric Chopin, but with Cornel Wilde getting third billing as Chopin while being overshadowed by Paul Muni's hammy, Geppetto-like performance as some kind of mentor. There are better Chopin movie bios. Happy Birthday to my favorite classical composer, Frédéric Chopin!
