I take for for my arthritis, because I have just found a sizeable stash of Ramipril and run out of Glucosamine Sulphate. The thing is that they are both red and I can't tell the one from the other, although funnily enough, the surgery nurse is pleased at my blood pressure and I feel as though my knees are on fire.
My father self medicated on malt whiskey and cigarettes and I may fall back on his system

I only take a multivitamin pill so not used to this multi pill thing. I should get one of those weekly pill boxes because I get easily confused if I’m also taking prescribed medication.

I’m sorry your knees hurt. Do you tolerate ibuprofen well?? Not sure if you’ve got a different name for it but one brand name is Advil. It’s an anti-inflammatory which you probably need right now. Here, they always say the best is to take 400mg of ibuprofen with 500mg acetaminophen (paracetamol) so you treat the swelling and the pain.

Cannabis is excellent for arthritis, I hope you smoke it or, at the very least use edibles Mowlick. Fact is, it's 10.52 pm here in my little part of Africa and I am about to light up a joint, just to make sure I don't get arthritis. Try it, you knees will thank you. And it will do wonders for your blood pressure.

Ibuprofen works fine. The real problem is my brain and eyesight. By the time I have located my magnifying glass and failed to read whatever is on the bottle, because I can't read my own handwriting, I am inclined to think sod it and take two of everything. Still, painkillers are cheap and there is always El Dorado rum and self pity

I smoked (and grew) quite a lot of cannabis when I was younger, but then I got married and started a family and became respectable and stopped and now I am ridden with arthritis

All I'm saying is it can't hurt to try it, Give Jah a chance to smile at you and let the ancient medicine of the people massage your knees with its glow. My late Grandfather - an atheist his whole life, allowed my late grandmother - a devout Methodist, to drag him to a faith healer, and, until the day he died with a smile on his face in his sleep at 85, he swore that the faith healer cured his arthritis. So you could try that too.

Unfortunately, I smoke a lot cigarettes, if I could give up the cigarettes and just smoke weed I would be a happy camper, but I'm like the South African version of the late Harry Dean Stanton and its going to be difficult, But edibles and or cannabis oil remove the need to smoke the flower.
