This is the kind of thing Orwell tried to warn us about. British people, be careful with those subversive stickers, or it'll be jail for you too.

Why are you pro-nazi stickers? You are very supportive of the worst kinds of people.

Okay, but I have to ask what is NOT in the yellow highlighted text that would make any difference. The actual charges he was found guilty of, perhaps? - Publishing or distributing material intending to stir up racial hatred. - Encouraging or assisting the commission of the offence of racially aggravated criminal damage. Here's the CPS text in full if you want to take a look: www.cps.gov.uk/cps/news/updated-sentence-far-right-organiser-found-guilty-intent-stir-racial-hatred-throughMy only criticism of this case isn't the sentence that Melia received, but why the law doesn't seem to be equally applied to the instigators of the many other organised protests that stir up hatred and encourage criminal damage.

He gets a harsher sentence than the child pornographer. An accurate statement or not?

I just want to add that the video in the OP is anti-British propaganda. She asks why would we do anything sane.
Grrr!

He gets a harsher sentence than the child pornographer. An accurate statement or not? So what? Child pornography falls under at least three different categories, and sentencing guidelines not only treat each one differently, but also depend on whether you produce it, distribute it or simply view it. And even those are just guidelines; the court then has to take other factors into account, such as previous convictions, your level of remorse, how long you've been doing it, how much of it you've been doing, whether or not you were in a position of trust, etc., etc., etc. I'm sure the same is true in the US and most other countries in the world, so to make some blanket statement that suggests some kind of 'one size fits all' sentencing policy for child pornography seems to me to be just breathtakingly ignorant and naive. Did the lady in the video know all the circumstances under which the sentence of the child pornographer was reached or read up on any of the sentencing guidelines? It seems highly unlikely, somehow.

I'm sure the same is true in the US and most other countries in the world, Under Globalism, yes, you're probably right. so to make some blanket statement that suggests some kind of 'one size fits all' sentencing policy for child pornography seems to me to be just breathtakingly ignorant and naive. Did the lady in the video know all the circumstances under which the sentence of the child pornographer was reached or read up on any of the sentencing guidelines? It seems highly unlikely, somehow. Be that as it may, I think it's still worse than insulting messages on stickers.
