Celtics lose again to the Hawks playing without Young lol. Celtics are peaking right in time to choke in the playofffs like they do every year. I have no bad wishes for the Celtics. But I hope they choke just one more time tonight. They're playing my Pelicans next. |

Outstanding Knicks-Spurs game last night despite the Knicks lost with Brunson having a 61 pts game. Knicks fell back to 4th seed with Cavaliers win.

Knicks back-to-back tough lost, a one-point lost to the Thunders last night. There should have a been a foul to put Brunson on the line when he scored to put the Knicks ahead by one with 4 seconds left.

There should have a been a foul to put Brunson on the line when he scored to put the Knicks ahead by one with 4 seconds left. Iām thinking weāre not going very deep without OG or Randle. Getting Robinson back is nice, but he doesnāt bring offense, which we need. A top tier NBA team doubles Jalen, and dares us to beat them with who? Devo or iHart? Iām beginning to think maybe weāre better off healing for next year. Not that these guys arenāt a scrappy team, they sure are. |

My Pelicans are sinking quickly. Sunk down from 4th place to 7th.
Their two best players --- Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram are injured.
No excuses though.

Knicks back-to-back tough lost, a one-point lost to the Thunders last night. There should have a been a foul to put Brunson on the line when he scored to put the Knicks ahead by one with 4 seconds left. Iām thinking weāre not going very deep without OG or Randle. Iām beginning to think maybe weāre better off healing for next year. Not that these guys arenāt a scrappy team, they sure are. And there it is: todays headline? Randle will get surgery, heās done until next year. In ABSOLUTE fairness to him, if heād elected surgery back in January, heād have been done for the year anyway. He tried to make the playoffs. I do believe with a healthy OG, we can still be dangerous in the playoffs. IF heās healthy. Nice comeback win last night. |

10 seed Warriors are 11 games behind the 1 seed T-Wolves in the West.
2 seed Bucks are 13 games back of the 1 seed Celtics in the East. Jordan's Bulls the last with that kind of lead. Granted the East sucks, but the Celts are 21-7 vs the West.
Warriors will have to win consecutive road games to get to face the 1 seed. Sacto has been falling and I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers jump them, seeting up Warriors @ Kings.

Both Blue Devils. š āThe Brotherhoodā is for life, they say. Brandon Ingram got more games under his belt as a Blue Devil; I blame cheaply made exploding Nikes for trashing Zionās knee. Seemed like Brandon was about 70 pounds at 6ā7ā he was so skinny and still growing then. It was cool when JJ Redick was a Pelican too, Duke at New Orleans. š |

The league would want both Lakers and Warriors qualify for the playoffs.
Warriors seem to have an uphill climb.

I was looking into a possible championship from this team when OG and Randle get back. Now looks like we will not get Randle back. Devo and Hart are good but only as role players. Devo and Hart are good but only as role players. What a disappointment. Chances like this doesn't come around often, especially with the Knicks. Back in the great Jeremy Lin run, I was thinking the next season. That next season for that group never came. Hard to say what will happen next season. Itāll be interesting to see if they pay Hartinstein this offseason. Iād have to think OG has an already agreed upon contract. Welāll see what happens with Randle. Bog and Burks are gone, I imagine. Plus thereās still draft picks. Hereās hoping! |
