Strange list of Basketball Hall of Fame electees Vince Carter, Chauncey Billups, Michael Cooper, Seimone Augustus, Jerry West (3rd time), Herb Simon, Doug Collins, Bo Ryan, Walter Davis, Charles Smith, Dick Barnett, Harley Redin and Michele Timms Jerry West is not in the HOF? Wow! Never knew that. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a player in 1979. This time as a contributor to the game.

I was looking into a possible championship from this team when OG and Randle get back. Now looks like we will not get Randle back. Devo and Hart are good but only as role players. What a disappointment. Chances like this doesn't come around often, especially with the Knicks. Back in the great Jeremy Lin run, I was thinking the next season. That next season for that group never came. Hard to say what will happen next season. It’ll be interesting to see if they pay Hartinstein this offseason. I’d have to think OG has an already agreed upon contract. Wel’ll see what happens with Randle. Bog and Burks are gone, I imagine. Plus there’s still draft picks. Here’s hoping! Half time, Knicks is dominating the Celtics. They can contend even without Randle. Brunson and O.G. are must.

Still though, Celts aren’t playing for anything tonight. Doesn’t excuse 26 points down, but I doubt it’d look like this in a meaningful game for them. If the Knicks go deep in playoffs this year, I wouldn’t be shocked if a few #1’s plus Julius are moved during the offseason. A shame, too, because I’d love to see Randle in the playoffs wherein all the pressure isn’t on him. Then, I think? He’d be a world beater.

The Pelicans won again. But the Pelicans have two tuff games left against playoff contenders. While the Suns have two games left against teams with losing records.

Both the Pelicans and the Suns won last night. So, they are essentially tied. Actually the Pelicans have a one game lead. But the Suns own the tie breaker.
One game left to decide who gets the 6th spot in the playoffs. And who gets the 7th spot in the playoff play-in. Which means more games.

Warriors are at 10th seed. Now, they need to win twice to get the 8th seed.
Warriors love to make things difficult for themselves.

Get Up: "All the Knicks fans were rooting for the Knicks to lose to face the Pacers instead of the 76ers or Heat."
Not what I saw in the broadcast. They roared when DeRozen missed.
Also Get Up:
"Lakers should lose to the Pels to avoid Denver and just beat the Kings-Warriors winner in a 1-and-done to face OKC."

Also Get Up: "Lakers should lose to the Pels to avoid Denver and just beat the Kings-Warriors winner in a 1-and-done to face OKC." No Knicks fan I know were rooting for a loss. Probably the teams biggest attribute is they show up every day. Doesn’t matter what injuries are going on. They play who’s in front of them, end of story. I doubt either Miami or Philly is relishing a series at MSG either.

Lakers squeak out a win over the Pels after Zion went out with an injury tied at 92 with 40 points. Were not missing from the line.

Warriors out. It was already looking tough for the Warriors. Not surprising.
Thompson scoreless in 31 minutes.
