Why is your football on an Monday night?
Is it some religious shit, Sunday is the day of rest so Monday is the first day of work so that's when you are refreshed?
Here in the UK, Monday is a terrible day when no-one gives a shit.

There's just one game on Monday night the rest are played on Sunday and sometimes Saturday when college is over. I don't watch the shit except maybe for the playoff and Superbowl.

Money.
It started off as Sunday only. Then sometime in the 70s an occasional Monday night took off.
Then in recent years they went nuts and started doing Thursday night football.
Recently the playoffs were played on Saturday as well.
But mostly it's just Sunday only. It's only certain games that get the Monday night spotlight.
Don't worry. After the Superbowl you won't have to worry about it till next fall.
