Yes, you can use chairs for more than sitting on them. The same applies to bicycles. Here are examples of stacked bicycle artistry: Shopping carts aren't bicycles, but they're close, kind of:

Of course there's more to stacked items other than bicycles and chairs. For instance, there's artistry in stacked dishes.
