If a white person said that michael jackson is the superior musical artist compared to stevie wonder...
Would that be racist?

And by the way, in case it isn't obvious why I asked this question. I'll explain why.
It's pretty much a fact , that stevie wonder is the superior artist out of those two. Regardless whether you actually like the music or not. It'd be like saying, aerosmith are better than the rolling stones. It'd be that absurd.
Even if you hate both, you'd have to admit that stones are technically better than aerosmith.
And why is it a fact? Judging him from any criteria will prove him to be technically better than Jackson.
So then, if you can't admit that he is superior, does that mean you're racist?

If Elvis was more talented than either of them, therefore is Elvis’s race superior?

I'm not a big fan of Michael Jackson. But Stevie Wonder bores me. He was part of Motown's decline.
So I'd say that Jackson had a more important impact on music and culture than Stevie Wonder.
Merely because Jackson morphed into an old white woman and did more pop than soul, why is that racist?
