12 Angry Men The Breakfast Club
Both movies are mostly set in one location and the plots don't sound the best in concept but the writing and character development are what make them remarkable.

The Invisible Man (2020). I originally thought the notion to take the classic story and revamp it as a stalker-slasher movie was a hokey idea. But I loved it. This is what I wanted Hollow Man to be like.

The Hidden (1987)
The idea of an alien parasite taking over human bodies and causing them to commit violent crimes is complete bubblegum, comic book pulp. Straight-to-video stuff, you would think. However, The Hidden was given first-class treatment and was so well made that it makes you forget that you are watching a B-movie.
