These Neo-Nazis believe Columbia is their “camp” and that they have a right to physically imprison Jewish students whose political beliefs they know nothing about, as long as they use the word “Zionist” (remind you of any banned posters??) because Jon Stewart and Trevor Noah taught them that.

As of Wednesday morning, April 24, there are still people who are not students and who have no affiliation to Columbia University in the tents inside the gates of the campus chanting to kill the Jews while the University president, Minouche Shafik reneged on her promise to get all of the tents and the people in them out by midnight last night.

Remember when college was mostly about getting through classes, making sure you have enough money, getting some ass? I was apolitical in college. Yes. I do. I was a barista making espresso drinks during the school year and a bartender in the summers. Friends with everyone. I got my nose pierced alongside my beautiful DJ friend Jason at an ethnic foods place he knew off NCCU campus where I also did the Big Brother Big Sister program, as a big sister for identical twins starting when they were eight years-old after the big sister for the other flaked out. I guest DJed with him too for Duke radio and he let me play the songs Juliette Lewis sang in Strange Days 😁 which the station had all two of on a vinyl 45 and its B side. I loved college. |
