Looks like in their own ways the court is going to reject total immunity AND no immunity and will have the lower courts specify each charge and why it does warrant overriding said presidential immunity. Hence, the premise of a president offering a domestic assassination isn't on par with a comparatively minor accusation. In short, no witch hunts but no abuse of power. |
