" How can you tell that JK Rowling is totally in the wrong about gender identity? The answer, it turns out, is really very simple.
Some Conservatives agree with her.
That, at least, is the logic employed by Billy Bragg, the Left-wing singer turned trans rights activist. In an interview with a newspaper this week, he explained why he so deplores the author’s stance on gender issues.
“My problem with people like Rowling,” he declared, “is really who they are lined up with.” It reminded him, he said, of a political debate he took part in many years ago with some fellow pop stars and two MPs: one Labour, one Tory.
The Labour MP was on Bragg’s side, while the Tory MP was on the other, with an old friend of Bragg’s. And, to Bragg, this proved that his old friend was in the wrong. “I pointed to who he was sitting with, and told him he was on the wrong side of the table. And that’s what I see with Rowling and the others: they are on the wrong side of the table.
Bragg’s attitude perfectly encapsulates the utter vacuity of political tribalism. Don’t judge the arguments on their merits – just judge the people who happen to be making them. So much quicker and simpler, isn’t it? Certainly for those who are too cataclysmically dim to judge an argument on its merits, anyway.”" THERE YOU HAVE IT!! Billy Bragg’s attack on JK Rowling highlights the idiocy of woke tribalism

Tell her to go count her money and mind her own business. She's a woman. When people are reducing what it means to be a woman to 'A state of mind' it's her business. The fact you need this pointed out to you is one of the reasons people think you're stupid.

Tell her to go count her money and mind her own business. You keep using this reasoning that if an issue doesn't affect someone personally, they should keep their mouths shut. Funny how it never stopped you, a woman past child-bearing age (or possibly a gay man) from complaining about attempts by Republicans to limit or outlaw abortion.

1) She has to strip statistics of key context in order to make her point. (e.g. stating the percentage of trans women who are involved in sexual assaults in prison, but leaving out the fact that the numbers actually reflect trans women being raped after being put in male prisons. Leaving this key information out allows her audience to create a false narrative that trans women are raping cis women in female prisons.)
2) She follows false narratives to justify her support of bad people. (e.g. the false narrative that a woman was "cancelled" by being fired from a company for "not believing in the trans ideology". In reality, the woman was a contractor, her contract ended and the company chose not to renew it. The reason was that the contractor had repeatedly targeted trans people who were actual employees of the company for public ridicule and refused to stop when the company said, "Hey, we can't have you leading online lynch mobs against our employees; you need to stop.")
3) Simultaneously playing the victim while engaging in the behavior she is claiming of others. (e.g. claiming she'd been "doxxed" by some teens because they took a picture outside her estate. In reality, he home is well-known to the point of having its own Wikipedia page. Meanwhile, her supporters doxxed the teens in retaliation.)

I think she is only repeating herself…a great habit to have as an author…but she can say what she wants and I can tell her, thank you, I’ve heard enough. As for my ambiguous state of being, thank you for the compliment, my concern is not abortion or a sex change for myself or per se, but for personal liberty to pursue happiness in mind, body, and spirit. What do you have against that?

It affects EVERYONE who cares about reality.

The whole debate shouldn't be about whether Rowling is right or wrong or who is siding with her, it should be a debate among experts.
Daniel Ratcliffe and Emma Watson are not on Rowling's side on this - but this doesn't prove anything neither as they are all no experts!
