This is exactly why France banned all religious symbols in schools twenty years ago - and also why, when the asshole Erdogan reversed the decades -long ban on hijabs in Turkish universities, suddenly an overwhelming majority of female students started wearing them.
But it comforts me to know that none of it is happening, according to some guy (or woman) on an anonymous Internet message board

Several years ago I knew a kid who said that some Muslim kids on the train were bullying him into converting. In the good old days, the bullies would simply take your lunch money. Or spit in your ear when you weren’t expecting it!

When they say "Christian children" do they mean children who actually practice Christianity or simply children from historically Christian cultures (as in most Europeans)?

Can’t say I’ve noticed. They’re polar opposites on third world immigration, for example. They both think Trump is a threat to humanity once you think that then you're just as bad and a waste of oxygen. Trump is no Saint but a threat he isn't. Ironic you should say that, since no matter how many times I repeat that I despise Trump and would never vote for him if I were American, Paul often finds a way to accuse me of being pro-Trump.

Trump is no saint but calling him a threat to humanity is stupid. Didn't you say you thought the Trump court cases were politically motivated? Maybe that's why Paul hates you although why you care what Paul thinks of you is baffling.

I am sure I have said that his way of doing politics has been harmful not only for the US but for other countries where it has been copied as well, like Brazil and Argentina. Yes, I do believe at least some of the legal cases against Trump are politically motivated, which in the simple minds of some people translates as being full MAGA.

No other word fits better. Plus it sends Lux into a hissy fit.

That’s very worrying. notoriousnobbi did admit there were severe problems in schools there. I didn’t realize German kids were already outnumbered.

When they say "Christian children" do they mean children who actually practice Christianity or simply children from historically Christian cultures (as in most Europeans)? Presumably the latter. In this case, it's the same as in the early 1930s. People (especially young people) with certain temperament look for certainty in life. They find ideas of Democracy too confusing and look towards totalitarian ideologies. Or religions.
