Snyder's "Martha!" scene in Batman v Superman is embarrassing, but nothing was more ridiculous than his flying dildos scene in Man of Steel:

Oh man, I can't stand that guy, and yeah he was the worst possible choice delivering a character totally not resembling or believable as Luthor like he wasn't even trying.
I think an argument could be made for 1987, that year gave us:

I love Transyvania 6-5000. It's by no means a good film, but it's so absurd the viewer has fun from start to finish!
