everyone who is not a retarded MAGAt knows what the crime is And yet, it's notably absent from your post. Trump is on trial for a non-crime, and he's been gagged from talking about these corrupt proceedings. And the left is delusional enough to think these Putin tactics make them look good. No. The gag order applies to family members and court officers who don't actually have any say whatsoever in the proceedings. It does not apply to the facts of the case. Which Trump is desperate to deflect from. You're telling me he can't defend himself unless he makes up stuff about the judge's daughter? Interesting.

I also posted about this. Sorry for the double post. I really don't think he will be able to help himself and will end up in jail for it. Probably the only reason he hasn't been in jail is the fear of violence from his followers. Maybe they should sentence him to 48 hours in jail and see how the disciples react.

You have been shown the indictment for 34 counts of falsifying business records multiple times, you disingenuous little runt.
The indictment itself It was to cover up what Cohen plead guilty to. (So they're not the same crime)
If you can read those then still not understand what is the crime, go see social services about your learning disability.

That judge and the DA will lose their law license over this as well as cost the city of New York a hell of a lot of money to pay Trump back.

I think he WANTS to be jailed. Ya know, optics. For his people, anyway. No one else under the sun is buying it.

I feel bad for the secret service agents who get locked up with him.

I wonder if the left is insane enough to unconstitutionally gag a candidate in order to interfere with the election, and then jail him for defending himself on the campaign trail. I kind of want you to do it. Show everyone how fascistic and dangerous you are. And this is during a criminal trial in which no one knows what the crime is. Consider this: he is currently a private citizen. If he does something that justifies jail time on the same level as any other citizen, society may react to incarceration with double standards. I agree that jail time for violating a gag order is not the crime for which he is on trial; nonetheless, if jail time for violating a gag order is the result of Trump's behavior, the judge's hands are tied. The system has no choice but to go through the gears. He will have forced its hand.

Merchan's court is illegitimate, and he and Alvin Bragg are engaging in criminal election interference while pretending to follow the law.

How would Trump know Cohen was committing crimes, and how would the records have concealed it?

The judge should have him stay overnight, though. Trump is not tough.

Is there any attorney who does not bow down before the revealed glory of Donald J. Trump, who will keep their law license? Last I checked, it's Trump's former lawyers that lose their law licenses and go to jail. Everything Trump touches dies.
