The article has sympathy for the murderer of a 3 year old. Unbelievable. Where's you sympathy for the murder of 15,000 children? You are the one with an endless supply of sympathy for the barbarians who start a war knowing fully well (and hoping for!) a response that will kill as many of their own people, all so that they can pose as victims for useful idiots abroad.

But it is the ugly dynamics of many relationships. Hit the other party where it hurts. Say all the nasty. No.He would have run back to mommy's place. My dad threatened to kill us all once after he had his thyroid glands removed and they couldn’t get his meds adjusted. He went on hysterical tear that’s probably set the agenda for the 10 years of my life. He said we couldn’t survive on this planet without him, we were all fools, only he knew the “truth,” whatever he thought that was. He didn’t live much longer after that. He had a heart attack…or my mom poison him. He kept accusing her of putting it in his food. And I am not sure to this day that she didn’t. My dad worshipped my mother. Fights were short disagreements dad usually walked away from to end the argument. That was a Christmas plot one year. Christmas eve. Giant fight. Dad storms out. We go driving looking for him. Come back 20 minutes later, he's standing in the front yard because he didn't have his keys but OHMYGOD Santa delivered the presents!

Even worse to have a gun held to your head. But Dad was not a well man and said he was sorry, so we all “let it go.”

We don't really know how many people have died in Gaza.
They're described as at the edge of famine but they have charged phones and fireworks.
In addition to setting up a war and keeping their own people in the middle of it, I read today from Gaza that Hamas is controlling the ATM machines so that people can't get enough cash to buy the free food. How can the ATMs be running?
Why isn't the food free? Hamas is charging money for it.

But you're still angry with the Church for lying to you?

But you're still angry with the Church for lying to you? I do not get the anger over Santa or the tooth fairy, etc. Some people understand the difference between an innocent white lie & manipulative lies meant to control. "Revelations meant to destroy but only binding without the stake. Read fool, and enter my field, for we are chained to the spot. Oh, wo unto Larla!" Bad lie.

I always felt I'd be honest with my own kids (if I ever had any) I'd have no problem explaining the myths/stories and letting them enjoy all the fun.
"“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!”

Mine's a vampire book quote. Revelations in Black-Carl Jacobi 1933

People who do evil do not mistake it for good. They know it is evil. However, they benefit from it, so they don't care about the harm they do to others. Do you not think serial killers know it is wrong to kill? But they enjoy it, so they continue.

And yet, people willingly agree to the bondage of marriage, "Till death do you part, for sicker, for poorer, for better or worse..." Oh, HELL no. Too many take that to mean they can treat you like crap and you have to take it.

The worst case of a demon in human form I've heard about was a family annihilation case I watched on TV a few months ago. This SOB went on a stabbing rampage and saved the wife for last cuz he wanted her to see what he did. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rzeszowski_family_homicides
