I’ve found it depends but generally men are more chill. Having said that the worst boss I ever had was a man. He was the king of spazzing.

That's hard for me to answer. I am a woman who enjoys the company of other women and having girlfriends, etc. I like working with other women, and as far female nurses vs male nurses, there is no difference to me as far as the quality of work.
That said, psych nursing is a specialty where it is imperative you have staff of both sexes due to the different issues that you come across. I really value my male coworkers when I have a patient that needs a male staff member to meet his specific need that I can't. Not to mention when my wing turns into Fight Club.

Women, but I say this as a man who feels better about expressing himself around women. I've worked most of my life in male-majority restaurant kitchens, and they would play games, compete, and sabotage each other; the worst of it was creating an environment so toxic that one had to adapt (or stoop) to their level to keep up. I worked in one female-majority kitchen and the difference was night and day.
Naturally, it depends on the people.

Either.
There's always a dud a-hole along the way but for the most part, I've been fortunate.
Really enjoy coworkers with a good sense of humor.

Women for sure as men are assholes. I used to be a sales rep and I had this customer in Alberta. He was the biggest asshole I ever dealt with and I talked to people all over Canada and the U.S.

I'm a naturally quiet and shy person who likes to be left alone and work in solitude, women almost always leave me alone and men either want to one-up or show me they're the boss, or annoyingly be my buddy.
