Even cropping a still of the video to where only the face of the perpetrator as shown in a still picture that is shared
is still a felony for possession, and another felony for intent to distribute content for the purpose of bypassing due process of law.

You can't get away with being "Batman" in the real world, taking the law into your own hands
as judge, jury, and executioner is not tolerated by society no matter how horrific the crime.
