Say goodbye to Free Guy!
And I'm only getting rid of it because I re-watched it just last night!

Say goodbye to Free Guy!
At least you waited until after Juneteenth to pop him.

Didn't you say Alien?
Coordinating.
Yes, it got my vote. I thought it had already been shown previoisly.
Whew… shoot and a miss.
Guilty as charged on St Elmo’s Fire, but there was nothing spiteful or fun for me on that choice, just a job that needed to be done.
I’m having to think harder this time as well. I might have picked Alien just cause I have seen it so many times, and recently but won’t waste my vote there now.
There is one that remains on the list that easily stands above the rest for me as far as NOT eliminating. Fingers crossed.

Because they can see a new horizon underneath the blazing sky.
Is that a quote from St. Elmo's Failure?
No. Not from the movie. It is the lyrics of the song. Number one for 2 weeks in 1985. Do you not like the song?

I know where it is from, I just wanted to add a little insult to injury. Reread my question.

I saw your insult and decided to ignore it.
I saw St. Elmo's Fire in the theater around 20 times during the summer of 1985. The fact that that was almost 40 years ago scares me.

WTF? I put a lot of work into that insult and you just ignore it?
OK, not a LOT of work, but I did type it out and that should count for something.

What would you do if every movie got a vote?

What would you do if every movie got a vote?
Show the movie with the fewest number of votes as our Feature Presentation, or have another round of voting in case there was a tie for fewest votes.

So... you saw
St. Elmo's Fire 20 times in the theater when it first came out in 1985, but didn't watch
Aliens , released in 1986 until a year ago?

I have never seen St Elmo's Fire.
I have never seen Beaches
I have never seen Fried Green Tomatoes
It is possible to avoid films.
