Wow, a "lounge" version!! That's wild. I've never heard that before. That's messing with my brain pan...

You can watch either one of the videos and have the boys headbanging right along with on the screen. If you feel really sick, you can play them both at once!

I used to get these two songs confused at first (only because of the titles of course, not the music!). Mother and Mommy

Glenn Danzig is highly underrated as a musical composer.
I could still listen to Danzig 1 through 4 anytime. Not to mention classic Misfits.
Black Aria is also amazing.

Oh man. I was hoping it was real. This seems to be an overdub. It would have been great if they did it forreal with a slow jazz beat and Glenn using a cheesy lounge voice.

The Misfits material (1977-83) along with Samhain's Initium and November Coming Fire is Glenn's best stuff imo. He really peaked as a songwriter with Samhain, it's a shame that band got such little recognition. Black Aria was also great, I remember when that album first came out, I was expecting it to be another metal album a la Danzig but was surprised when it turned out to be something entirely different. "Overture of the Rebel Angels" is a particularly awesome track.
