You are right, I didn't. 13 minutes extended to 16 does seem excessive, unless something really major happened.

Maybe it's bias talking, but I think that would be overkill. Even docking six points sounds disproportionate to the scale of the "crime". I don't think spying on your opponent's training gives you THAT much of an advantage to warrant dismissal.

Finally, some evidence anybody even knows about the soccer scandal. So unbelievably embarrassing. Spying systemic? Inexcusable, in my opinion. It actually reminds me of Bring it On, of all films, when the cheerleaders found out their captain had been secretly recording the other team's routines and stealing them for years. That damages their own team as well as others. It puts Canadian victories under reasonable suspicion, but the players are victims too.
