Two teams with impressive form, with the Hawks recovering from 0-5 to finish 14-9 while the Bulldogs, like several others, have won 7 of their last 9.
Bulldogs will be hoping for a Port win after two maulings in Adelaide. Hawthorn don't seem to mind who they play. Only question is when and if their bubble will burst.

Flip of the coin this one…. I just think the Hawks win by a goal.

Flip of the coin this one…. I just think the Hawks win by a goal. I think the Bulldogs are hurt by this not being at Marvel and at one of Hawthorn's home grounds instead. If the Bulldogs win, I can see them going all the way to the Grand Final, particularly if Port beat Geelong. They should easily account for the Cats and have no fear about playing either Sydney team anywhere. Hawthorn's bubble will burst eventually, either in the semi or prelim, if they do get through.

Hawks easily. 37 points in the end. Wasted season for the Doggies.
