Trump would claim that Biden pardoned him only because the cases would have been thrown out by SCOTUS. Trump will still have his loyal GOP base to dominate moderate Republicans. |

No for both of them.
Pardons shouldn't be for tycoons and people with resources and people who have other people speaking up for them. Those people are too dangerous, because they have resources and mobs and gangs, all of which helps to aid and abet them in future crimes, and even keep them from ever being suspected of crimes.
Pardons should only be for people with zero resources, no families, no gangs, no help.

Wouldn't pardon an adult who thought so little of his dead brother that he slept with his wife. Would make better sense for him to pardon just Trump.
