Read "Slaughterhouse Five" and loved it so moved on to "Breakfast of Champions" but finding it much less gripping.
This one just feels like more of the same, and even a little preachy too.
But it's still more interesting than most crap printed today.

But it's still more interesting than most crap printed today. All Vonneguts books are a bit preachy, given they tend to look at free will vs technology, and the cold war. Try Cat's Cradle, my favourite.
