Pretty crap actually. Rod Steiger plays a theatre actor turned serial killer who disguises himself as various (overweight) characters for each kill. It contains all of the tropes of the taunting serial killer/ determined cop relationship (were they tropes in 67? Who cares, it was boring anyway): killer only wants to speak to a certain cop, follows that cop’s girlfriend and attacks her. It just wasn’t creative.

No. It has many similarities to The Boston Strangeler, except that’s a fine film. This isn’t.
