I feel like "treason" has become a catch-all term like "racist."
Didn't they catch the guy who did this? As high profile as this case became, I doubt he'll get less than the whole book thrown at him. And good for him, be deserves nothing less.

And good for him, be deserves nothing less. He got life in prison and didn't even get the death penalty. But yeah, there are some people we chould try for committing treason and invading their own country with millions of military aged men including some known criminals. It's a disgrace. |

Consecutive, not concurrent meaning he has to do time in each sentence. |

If I recall correctly, this was the guy who Pelosi was upset that he was called an illegal immigrant instead of "undocumented" even though they had plenty of documentation on him when Biden let him stay after he entered the country illegally. This is one of the main reasons that Kammie lost. |

Which other president did that? ... I remember asking the officer who had the undocumented caseload in 2001 why we didn't call Border Patrol & have them all deported. He informed me the Border Agents couldn't be bothered with them. After 9/11, ICE was created (2003) & they saw more money thrown at them so then they wanted our undocumented convicted felons, but even that was up & down, depending on congress budgeting priorities. So believe whatever lies you want to believe. It wasn't just Biden. I happened to work the undocumented caseload when Donnie was the President. He didn't deport them all like you seem to imagine. They went through the court system, did their time, & MAYBE after that ICE would pick them up if we hand-delivered them at the office (told them it was an appointment with their PO, only ICE showed up to cart them away) It always came down to how much money Congress gave them any given year. By the way, Deport was watching them walk across the border Meaning those that wanted to were back the next day/week/month/etc. I had clients deported 4 or 5 times. |

When i was a teenager in Utah picking cherries in the 70s, my mama wouldn't let me work alone when the illegals were working. Nothing ever happened & I don't recall reports of crimes committed by undocumented workers being reported on the news. It would have been during Nixon 's presidency, maybe Ford. |

Nothing ever happened & I don't recall reports of crimes committed by undocumented workers being reported on the news. It would have been during Nixon 's presidency, maybe Ford.
Back then, it was more about Guest Workers ...........a far more legal way of handling the need for workers, imo
But now? It's cartels and $Big Money! There's bound to be much more criminal activity. Gangs and territorial disputes.

That's why the guy i worked for was so pissed when Border Patrol picked up his workers? THEY WERE ILLEGALS, DUDE. My dad asked one why he bothered coming all that distance? The guy said because he could make enough money working one summer to live off for a year or more in Mexico. |
