I have in my fridge two bananas and a roll of duct tape in my garage. I'm fine.

Yep. It's yet another symptom of the ever-increasing income inequality problem. More and more wealth accumulated by fewer and fewer people.
But hey, don't worry. Trump will fix it. It's not like he's going to give tax cuts to billionaires and corporations. :|

Now I have seen some videos and articles on how bad it's getting. 100k a year is middle middle class now to some and I can see why in the breakdowns.
There seems to be a Demarcation line right between Gen x, Old Millennials and Young Millennials, Gen Z, Gen Alpha...
Older Millennials (I'm a Gen Xer by the skin of my teeth) But Gen X, Old Millennials are good chance to have the House Paid off, no day care, and have their College Loans either paid off or have a managable payment. (Mine is paid off but even when I was paying it off it was 280 a month. The Average student loan payment is 500-600. Ww have property tax, upkeep, etc but we don't have the huge rent/house payments. In my poor ass State is 1800 a month for rent on something average. Hell a pos 5 year old Used Car payment (lookin for that truck) is around 300-400 a month.
So I can see how someone would say if you are on the shitty side of that line that you will need a lot more, but 10 million? That's pushing it.

Drawing $350K / year in retirement would put you in the top 2-3%. Who the hell is her audience?
