Well at least they did both. Bibi won’t ever be arrested though. The U.S. would never allow it. Most countries including all the EU, are members of the ICC. They are legally obliged to adhere to ICC arrest warrants, although if Netanyahu was travelling with a diplomatic passport they might not be able to arrest him. I think there will be a lot of countries that will ignore this warrant the same way Mongolia didn't arrest Putin when he visited. |

Sounds to me like you're arguing Israel either knows or should know it's not possible top destroy Hamas with the methods they are using because of how densely populated Gaza is, yet they choose to anyways.
Per your terms, the IDF is intentionally targeting civilians under the auspices of it can't be helped. With all due respect, it cannot be claimed Israel is not trying to kill civilians when a year of killing civilians nearly daily days otherwise.
