I think murder. What did they think would happen??? Being 13 and 14 years old its possible they just thought the sandbag would explode all over the car, making a terrible mess but everyone in it would be unharmed. If they were a few years older Id say they should have known better, but I agree with some person back up the thread, they deserve years in prison and as long as they get it I'm okay. |
