listed as ‘under offer’ for six months?
I’m guessing someone was in the process of purchasing and pulled out and the agent didn’t contact the website? Does anyone know?

Is it an agent's site or an amalgamator site?

Is it an agent's site or an amalgamator site? By amalgamator do you mean an agents’ site?

Right so it’s an amalgamator site. Right? Does it list properties from many agents? If so, yes. In which case, it is most likely to get the agents' data automatically (through a web service or API, if you are interested). It would be crazy to update 000's of properties manually. The problem is therefore most likely to be with the agent who has not corrected their listing, or is deliberately leaving it as under offer to create a feeling of urgency in potential buyers. That's what salespeople do.
