1. Horseradish 2. Mustard 3. Chilli 4. Pepper
I love horseradish when it gets you right in the nose. "Aaaaaaaaggggghhhhhh!" for 10 seconds or so.
Plus, 1 and 2 don't have an aftermath...

I agree, #1 and #2 by far! I also like Wasabi. Yes, can't believe I left that out. Although, I sort of did include it: Wasabi (ワサビ or わさび(山葵), earlier 和佐比; Eutrema japonicum or Wasabia japonica)[1] is a plant of the Brassicaceae family, which also includes horseradish, and mustard. It is also called Japanese horseradish.Nah, I'm stretching it, I forgot. Good call!

I don't consider 1 through 3 to be hot, just optional add ons for a hotdog or sandwich.
Chili peppers are preferable as in cream of pablano chili pepper soup. Which contains pablano peppers, anaheim peppers, jalapeño peppers, onion fried pork sausage, and added to each bowel, shredded colby jack cheese tostitos corn chips, and a tablespoon of sour cream.
I prefer to boil the vegitables first, then process it through a blender before straining out the pepper fibers and adding heavy cream. Then the crumbled sausage patties, shredded cheese, corn chips, and sour cream get added to each bowel.

Like them all. Red Horseradish with these: This on hotdogs, hamburgers or anything you like with mustard. And this in chili. Grind it up with this.
