Don't be ridiculous. Disney (as a company) has no interest in grooming children.
I'm too lazy to dive deep into this but, as far as I understand, Disney had tried to steer clear of the issue but ultimately they were pushed into choosing a side by bulling from both the activist groups, the media and some of their own LGBT peeps.
It's quite obvious at this point that their CEO should have kept his mouth shut.
