Thank you, again and as always, for the show of support and going above and beyond on my behalf. My thanks also to the other posters on that thread for their interest and suggestions. I'm afraid that after three tries of the procedure Proboards Support details, I must still be messing something up somewhere, but damned if I know what. I've been using PCs and the internet for only thirty years, so I'm still a newbie. And since what I'm trying to accomplish is to unlink my V2 registration from my old Global Account and link to my new one here, I've become paranoid about inadvertently disabling this one as well. I've even taken to staying logged in here 24/7, logging out only for those three tries at the procedure. If I do anything further, I think it will be to create a new V2 registration, as described to Rufus, under this global account. I'll remain grateful for all your efforts, and for caring enough to make them.
