Okay so Gamora bites it. Again. Don't raise Quill's hopes like that. I mean, unless he dies too, I can see him hooking up with Nebula.

Goodbye, Rocket? Here's what James Gunn had to say:
“I really don't ever remember any resistance. I think that people were really good with it. I mean, there was a time when I talked to those guys [Marvel Studios] about just doing the Rocket story, like the third movie would actually just be Rocket. Then we decided to do it as a Guardians movie with the Rocket story inside of that. But I don't remember any resistance.”

Okay so Gamora bites it. Again. I read another article where she talks about the potential for another actress taking over the role. The character doesn't have to die just because Saldana's leaving the franchise. Though it would be wild if they killed off multiple characters in this.

James Gunn burning down the house before devoting his time to DC.

There was never a chance this would be bad. Gunn doesn't make bad movies. Just annoying ones.

it seems like critics are growing tired of Marvel , the test is the fans, box office prospects as low as AntMan seem crazy

It’s telling that this is being promoted as the end and they’re trying to hook fans in with sentiment. To me it reeks of desperation. I know that Gunn is leaving but if this was a healthy franchise with actors who were into it then they wouldn’t try to play the goodbye angle.
I don’t like GOTG. But the first one had a huge fanbase and a momentum. The series just doesn’t have that anymore. GOTG2 and the MCU in general have been very poor quality.

This is the story Gunn wrote (surely because he knew this was his last go round with these characters), so that's the 'angle' they're promoting.

This looks to be the first Marvel movie in a really long time that is a genuine creative endeavor by a passionate filmmaker. It could very well be the last too.

Well, I guess we know what part 4 is gonna be about:
Screen Rant exclusively interviewed Karen Gillan and Pom Klementieff for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. When asked about the idea of Star-Lord and Nebula getting together after the trailer's tease of the two having a romantic moment, Gillan shared her own pitch for an MCU rom-com centered on the cosmic duo, with Klementieff even chiming in with her hopes of how to appear in the film. See Gillan and Klementieff's humorous idea in the quotes and video below:
Karen Gillan: I actually could really see a His Girl Friday [for them]. Quippy back-and-forth, witty banter, and bickering.Pom Klementieff: Are you pitching a rom-com? That'd be so fun. Can I be in it too?Karen Gillan: Sure, yeah, come on in. Pom Klementieff: Will you be mean to me again?Karen Gillan: Not the rom-com. New rules!Pom Klementieff: I would love for Mantis to wear a beanie. In rom-coms, it's always Winter time or Fall. And will you have a cute outfit for Nebula?Karen Gillan: Maybe Nebula gets her arm stuck in a little grate on the floor or something, and then Star-Lord has to get right, and then they have a meet-cute. [She has on], like, a little cocktail dress. But with the arm out."
Also, doesn't this suggest they both survive the end of Vol.3?

Unfortunately, his imagination inevitably leads to tackiness and childishness to a degree that I find utterly repugnant. Any concern I have for the story immediately evaporates upon hearing any of his attempts at comedy. James Gunn should direct but not write. Anything. His writing is horrible.

It’s already at the cinemas here. I don’t know if I’ll watch it. Gunn’s dialogue and sensibilities are abominable but the space vistas look nice.

Is it just me, or does Adam Warlock look like a little gaylord? It might be a good actor, IDK, but he should look like a tough guy or at least not a gaylord.
