I like reading the user reviews on RT. Sounds like this one is yet another DisneyFlix failure.

Guys i think Feige doesn't care anymore.
Maybe it's time to retire the MCU?
The only two highlights of this series for me was their take on the Super Skrulls, with using the DNA of the Avengers, Thanos and his Black Order and various of other characters and creatures from previous films was a cool way to bring it full circle.
The ending montage of the world being paranoid and killing people because they think they're a skrull. This should have been the premise of the series.
This is DCEU level of bad.
There's no post credit scene.

Clearly something at Disney/Marvel went very very wrong in the past few years. It’ll be most interesting to finally learn how the machine fell apart.

After 5 years of being told that the MCU would never be in the state that it's in, i feel pretty vindicated now.

Pretty much all of Disney's IP's are taking massive hits. Star Wars, Marvel, Indiana Jones... heck even their Disney Princess movies are struggling.

Even the episode review threads on Reddit are 99% negative on this show and those places are usually packed with shills. This show must be really bad!

Honestly only a die hard Marvel loyalist would defend this series. It's not very good, it's not the worst thing ever but holyshit did Marvel Studios dropped the ball on this. Between this and She-Hulk i can't help but wonder if Feige really is begrudgingly making these shows. Because you'll never ever be able to convince me that this is the best they can do. This is some The CW level of bad. Hell the CGI at the end of the episode reminded me of some of the bad CGI in shows like The Flash.

It sounds like Emilia Clarke saved the day.
She should be in The Marvels 3 with her new Super Skrull powers.
Way to go, Disney 👏

I always figured it was a Disney mandate that these shows exist because obviously they want to milk all their IPs to sell DisneyFlix to the masses. But yeah, I bet Feige did resent it and probably checked out once he was forced to do this. Can’t say I blame him.

Disney is in a bad spot right now. Nothing from Marvel seems to be met with much love anymore. Multiverse of Madness seemed somewhat divisive at the time, but now that’s probably their most well-liked project in a couple years.
Then you have Mando S3 on the Star Wars side, which was a disappointment. If not even that show can keep people optimistic, then I’m not sure what else they really have.
The Ahsoka show looks good, but it also seems like it’s 99% for the Clone Wars/Rebels crowd, which is a much smaller percentage of the Star Wars fan base than I once thought.
Indy flopped. Their animated movies between Pixar and their own studio are flopping as well. They need to make some serious creative changes.

Really the only bad, bad products have stacked up lately, but after the big crescendo with Endgame, it lost its mojo. Shangchi, the Eternals, etc were not bad movies, just the characters are flat.

The narratives are less important than the action sequences. The over-saturation argument is horseshit. If they were all high quality, we’d be riveted, basking in the golden age of superhero films. They’ve made nothing but bad products. Surely it’s the quality that is the issue.

If you are perpetually 15 years old in the head. Quality is right though. Maybe one comic book movie has true quality in my estimation, the rest is either fun b-picture style entertainment or as Marty says, theme park rides.
