I think it's time people start putting some respect on the Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin remakes. They were good and people shit on them for no good reason. Now we know how fucking bad things can get. I want some apologies! You know who you are!

Now we know how fucking bad things can get. I want some apologies! You know who you are! Aladdin live action was enjoyable. Will Smith gave his own interpretation of genie. You could see he was having a blast. Jasmine and Aladdin were nicely cast. They could have done a better job with Jafar. |

Now we know how fucking bad things can get. I want some apologies! You know who you are! I’m generally indifferent to the B&tB remake but the Aladdin one was fine. Aside from Jafar, he was godawful. Then they used him again for Black Adam and he was still bad. Out of all the Disney remakes in the last ten years, I actually think Cinderella and the Jungle Book are the best. Hadn’t seen any of the Maleficent movies though. |
