In Germany there have already been several assaults against activists. One tried to set a hand on fire, one ran over a hand, a truck moved a person several meters. Through inflammatory media coverage like these, people believe they are entitled to break through the blockades because of (mostly imagined) self-defense - but (depending on national legislation), they are not!
Those who are responsible for the backlog of many millions Britons waiting for NHS treatment or a time slot of dental care for their kids. What is with them? They laugh at You that You are so easily distracted from the real villains. I won't be more clear as that would be inflammatory ("flame a tory" ? ) itself.
Flash floodings also do blockade streets, events that will rise if nothing is done.
And especially Rishi Sunak's behaviour regarding net zero is appalling!

They are fucking cowards. The countries they protest in are the ones trying their hardest to reduce emissions in the face of enormous costs and practical difficulties, whilst the countries with the largest and growing emmissions - the ones that could make a real difference if they cut them - are being allowed to do whatever they like without interference. So why aren't the protestors going there? Ooooh, I know, because the countries they choose to go to are the ones which are most tolerant to protest and free speech, and the protestors know they can stop mothers taking their sick babies to hospital with total impunity.

And when the Chinese authorities come down on them in ways that western governments can only imagine, he can hold them up as climate martyrs and bring their plight to the world so we can all marvel at their courage and the service towards the planet that they are doing.
And if these protestors are incarcerated for their actions in the UK, it is not for 'peacefully' protesting; it is for wilfully blocking a public highway. There are existing laws for this, which state that this is an offence and anybody doing it can be sentenced to up to 50 weeks in prison.
