There are already fifty Muslim majority nations. Is this not relevant at all?
And what of the fact that Israel is a high achieving nation with a high level of personal freedoms?
The Jews seem to need a state to be protected.
I know that the above arguments are not good enough reasons on their own but they must carry some importance to Israel’s right to exist.

Not particularly.
I think many of us have spent enough time here to see the reaction to Muslim refugees + immigrants migrating to Western nations. All the reactions of changing the culture upon arrival or turning the nation in which they settle into the nation they came from says all we need to know about how a Muslim majority nation deposited suddenly in the middle of Europe or North America would be received.
