Islam has always been aggressive in its proselytization and Judiasm has been the opposite. I might be wrong but I think it's harder to convert to Judaism than it is to convert to Islam and I think the two religions have different approaches to proselytization. |

Judaism does not proselytize because it’s an exclusive religion. But it’s not hard to convert. And to leave Christianity out of this aggressive proselytization comparison is silly. It’s moving into it, definitely. Nazism and fascism are not the same thing. Fascism and nationalism aren't either. Communists will complain about nationalism but will often employ it. The USSR originally wanted to repress ethnic identity until the German invasion, then they made it "patriotic" and even after the war continued a policy of Russification (ethno-nationalism). It's even alluded to in the Soviet anthem. We saw it in Cuba, Cambodia, North Korea to this day. |
