There's one close to my house, never tried it. After seeing the pics of the food, I'm sure I never will in the future. One has to know the right one. Taco Time? Aren't they all the same?

Blimpie's bests Subway.
Blimpie's is my favorite for subs, and my favorite is the BB.
My dad's favorite, too, especially near the end.
So whenever I have BB's, I have them in honor of him.
All the others are good for different things:
McDonald's -- Double Quarter Pounder with Bacon and Cheese
Wendy's -- Triple Baconator
Burger King -- Bacon King and, believe it or not, the Impossible Whopper
KFC -- KFC and Fries
Popeye's -- Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Bacon and Cheese and Ghost Pepper Wings
White Castle -- Double Bacon and Cheese Slider and Loaded Fries
Breakfast is a whole other category unto itself!

You're talking like if it was something unusual... LOL!
The vast majority by far prefers Pizza Hut.
I like both though.
You must be a fatso. You must be a maggotso fatso.

If you see a Burger Urge near you, try it out. They cook a premium line but keep prices near greasy spoons by using slightly smaller buns and tasty recipes, not just grease. Awesome chips too. Burger Urge appears to be only in country NSW and Qld now but are expanding. FFS Dominos or what? Any pizza joint will beat Dominos. Mr Mozarella used to be OK till they decided to compete with Dominos. Maybe I will at some point. Closest one is in the central coast about a 90min drive northbound. Have you heard of Eagle Boys? Are they even still around? I've heard of Eagle Boys. There might have ben one around here once (Northern rivers) but I think they went belly-up.

One has to know the right one. Taco Time? Aren't they all the same? No- trucks. There is one not too far from me that was named "best taco in area" by Seattle Weekly. It isn't technically the best taco in Seattle because it sets up ne block outside the city limits.

I used to like going there for the cheap eats, because they were cheap eats when you could get a chicken burrito and a couple of chicken soft tacos for less than three dollars, and that was just 15 years ago. But overnight, they actually tripled their prices and it wasn't worth it.

On its own merits it is way better than Taco Bell. It has also been around for generations, and is part of the PNW zeitgeist in the same way as the less numerous Dick's Drive Ins.
