Season 3 that was, and yeah, it was good. The first season did it for me, with Woody Harrelson and Mattthew McConaughey. The one with Ali I liked second best, with this last season right behind it. I didn't much care for season two with Colin Farrell, Vince Vaughan and Rachel MacAdams. Same! And I love Colin Farrell. I stopped watching. Me too, and I had high hopes for that cast!

Has anybody ever watched The Killing (2012 - 4 seasons)? I accidentally found it streaming on Hulu and just finished Season One. Excellent cast, especially the 2 leads. It is a cop procedural. The fact that it is set in Seattle is what caught my eye. So many shots of Seattle landscape and names of places and towns close to my home I grew up in. It's kind of a cross between Broadchurch, Twin Peaks and Mayor of East Town. Each episode is one day in the murder mystery with a mayoral race in the background. A little disappointed they didn't solve the mystery at the end of season one, but that is okay as I can just start watching season 2. It's already an all-time favorite of mine. I am interested in any thoughts anyone here who watched it might have. No spoilers please. I think it was originally on AMC and is a remake of a Swiss or Swedish series. I have watched all four seasons of THE KILLING and found it gripping, chilling and atmospheric with outstanding lead performances by Mireille Enos, Joel Kinnaman, Brent Sexton Billy Campbell and Gregg Henry. Sonja enjoyed it as much as I did. I watched it a good few years ago, when it was quite the hit. I'm glad to hear people are still watching it all these years later Toy.

Person of Interest, just finished the first 3 episodes.
Pretty damn good.
I'm only 12 years late for this one.

This show was slept on. Very tense sci fi show grounded in reality.

ABCs High Potential looks fun. Did it premiere yet? I know I have it set to record. Before dvrโs and streaming/OnDemand services, Iโd hate watching a new show cause I didnโt want to get invested in them and then find out they cancelled the show. Iโll never get over what happened with โThe Othersโ, a cancelled after 1 season tv show back in 2000 or 2001, I think. I watched the entire 1st season and on the season finale night, we had a blackout, so I never even got to see the last episode!! Anyways, Iโm a quitter. I stopped my Buffy bingewatch and watched all of the available episodes of โDr Pimple Popperโ. Finished that a couple of months ago and my newest bingewatch is โGreyโs Anatomyโ. I donโt remember when I stopped watching it (shortly after Cristina left, I think), so Iโm going to watch the entire series. Started Saturday and Iโm already up to Season 3 now. I donโt know if the later episodes are any good, but damn, that show was amazing!

I really liked The Killingโฆ funny thing is Forbrydelsen, the Danish original, was all the rage when I lived in Denmark and I somehow managed to not see it. I remember people talking about it at work trying to figure out who done it etcโฆ week after week, for two years. But when I tried to watch it after The Killing, I couldnโt. Couldnโt even get through the first episode after Enos and Kinneman (and the rest of the cast) performance and like you mentioned, the atmosphere. The Dane/Swede lead combo actually bothered me lol. Canโt explain it. Thereโs plenty of Danish content I really liked (though mostly films).

Interesting fun but I'm not sure it's met its 10/10 rating a lot of people had given it. I am only 5 episodes in tho, so lots of room to grow.
