Is tonight the end, or will we have to endure more games? No Yankees tonight, so I should have it on all the way through.

Pretty much it is over. Another Finals blow-out. Unless a Mavericks miracle in the 4th quarter, Celtics will have its 18th title.

The bright side for me is now Celtics has more championship than the Lakers, the team I dislike more.

Did you know his forever gf gave birth to their baby girl at the end of last year? So cute. Long feet for a newborn! He should just go home and hang out with her. He’ll feel all better. https://www.instagram.com/p/C0UsrQxpskZ She really looks like him. The chin, mouth and nose, but then he probably looks like a lot of babies. 😁 Me too! I can’t stand the Lakers. Noice. Online high five 🖐️

In baseball, it seemed like whenever a player went on a paternity leave, the player does not return with the same performance. DJ LeMahieu has not been the same since he went on paternity, I think, 2 years ago. Wonder if the same to Luka, getting injured a lot since the beginning of the year.

I didn’t know either until a week or so ago. Luka definitely has a long history of injuries. I think it was his back that was giving him a bad time chronically about 5 years ago. If anything, it seems like he played with a next level fire and determination this postseason; it made for a great bunch of games against the Timberwolves in which - at times - he appeared to all but carry the Mavs on his back. I hope his new family are enjoying themselves and getting all the rest they need. He really should have a ring (and support players who can do their part to make that happen) but that little wee one 👼 is a heck of a lot more important. And lest I forget: ALL HAIL THE BOSTON CELTICS!!!!! YAY 2024 NBA FINALS MVP JAYLEN BROWN!!! YAY BLUE DEVIL FOREVER & CELTIC JAYSON TATUM!!! Yay Celtics' Joe Mazzulla, youngest coach since 1970 to win an NBA title!!!!! I’ll just leave these here 😈 😇: www.dukechronicle.com/article/2024/06/duke-mens-basketball-duke-in-the-nba-lively-irving-tatum-celtics

Well, that prediction sucked. I guess you just have to accept that Celtics were the better team. I'm not a Celtics fan but I think they deserved it. Great to see Horford with a ring.

Can’t imagine they can pay IHart.

Bye Klay. It was time. Wasn't getting a 3 year deal.
+7 this year and fizzled in the play-in. Steph was +189, Draymond +173.
