PAP humped. They almost managed to score 15 points in every quarter 15/15/15/14. I am Statto. Surprised Swans were 11/4 on faves. Obviously not familiar with Port's recent finals record. 3-8 in their last 11 finals and haven't won a road final since 2014. Swans haven't lost an SCG final to a non-Sydney team since 1998 and that is the only time it has ever happened.

Lions win an all time classic prelim coming from 25 points behind. So it is the NSW v QLD rivalry for the GF. So much grit from Brisbane few would begrudge them one more win. So the two teams that have lost the last 2 Grand Finals get their chance to make amends and claim their destiny. For the loser a third chance is really pushing the law of averages.

Argentina beat the Springboks by a point. Only team to have done so in this year's Rugby Championship. Also beat the ABs in NZ (lost the return game by a lot). In the meanwhile, Wallabies were more competitive than I expected, but still lost the Bledisloe Cup to NZ for the 22nd consecutive year in Sydney.

Would have won them the match, and the championship.

Broncos part ways with Kev Walters. Some say he jumped and others that he was pushed. Missing 3 finals series in 4 seasons at a club where losing a Grand Final gets you very little grace makes the latter a distinct possibility.

Mark Robinson shit canned from AFL 360 after 15 years. No replacement yet with Garry Lyon the front runner. Apparently they were targeting Kane Cornes and then Nick Riewoldt both of whom have gone to 7. All 3 of those would have such a different dynamic with Whately I really don't know what they're thinking. Of course, I still miss Ben Ikin's librarian presence on NRL 360 so maybe I just don't like change on my footy shows.
