Sounds like this is just a delay tactic by Hamas. Israel rejected this deal earlier. Since none of the Arab countries will step-up and do it, I think the US should take in Palestinian refugees so Israel can get rid of Hamas once and for all. Once you remove their human shields they can't manipulate situations to their advantage anymore. No, we shouldn’t take any Pal refugees. They are a radicalized population, it would be very risky. Yes, some Gazans are not but it’s too risky.

There are no hostages. They were raped and murdered Probably, but if the hostages are dead, there needs to be confirmation of that. Uh, no, the hostages were killed by Israeli bombs. Does anyone think Israel wouldn't be slaughtering the hostages as well? What a joke. Israel decided the hostages were expendable. Why the hell would Hamas destroy their bargaining chips?Incestual breeding doesn't produce the smartest individuals

So all the hostages were staying with these 1% and no one else, supposedly. Gameboy is a nutcase.

Hamas is playing games. They waited until the last possible moment to agree to a ceasefire.
Unconditional surrender. If they cared about the Palestinian people, that is what they would do. But they don’t … so why should anyone else care?

Once you remove their human shields they can't manipulate situations to their advantage anymore. How about this? The US and the western allies set up a massive refugee camp in the Israel desert south of Tze'elim. All refugees would be given safe passage, searched, and checked to see if they are known Hamas members. At the camp they would be safe and fed. Then Israel could root out every Hamas remaining, after which the refugees could return with the promise of rebuilding, which would immediately be halted if attacks on Israel resume. That would probably be preferable to all involved. Israel has to finish this, and Hamas needs to have their human shields moved out of their way.

Hamas: "We'll accept a ceasefire... Raping is still okay right?"

So Hamas wants a cease fire now that Israel has them cornered in Rafah? So in a year they can commit another 10/7? Any cease fire should come with Hamas returning hostages and turning themselves in. They basically condemned themselves back on 10/7...after that, it was only a question of when and how. You'd think given their history, they would have learned Israel doesn't play games and has always followed through. From the beginning this was only going to end one way. Now that they are obviously depleted regarding munitions, places to hide, and manpower... NOW they want to negotiate? I concur with the board that any proposal at this point will be rejected. Though... it would be informative to learn of the exact details of the proposal.

Now there are a million kids from Gaza ready to join Hamas and destroy Israel. This ensures Hamas' survival for decades. Radicals thrive on war, not peace.
Basic logic. The hostages are in Hamas' hiding places. Israel targets Hamas' hiding places. Israel killed most the hostages.

Hamas has Israel right where they want them! A million kids who are seeing first hand what happens when you cross the line with Israel. I’m sure they will now be quite eager to get the ever living shit kicked out of themselves, again, and again. A million kids, you say? So much for those claims of “genocide”. … and you’re admitting that Israel is targeting Hamas hiding places. … and you have no idea where the hostages are being kept. Freed hostages have reported that they were held captive by Palestinian families. Other than all that, great post!
